2. Dispute Policy
2.1. Filing a Dispute
If you experience issues with our services, we encourage you to contact our Support Center at contact section to resolve the matter amicably. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.
2.2. Escalation Process
- If initial attempts to resolve the issue fail, you may escalate the dispute to our Dispute Resolution Team.
- Provide detailed information, including:
- Nature of the dispute
- Supporting documentation (e.g., emails, invoices, screenshots)
2.3. Third-Party Payment Disputes
- If a dispute is filed directly with a payment processor (e.g., PayPal, credit card issuer), it may delay the resolution process. We recommend contacting us before escalating to a third party.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Canceling Services
- To cancel a service, submit a cancellation request via your Sonpo/RCP Account Portal or other contact methods at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in charges for the subsequent billing cycle.
3.2. Data Retention Policy
- Upon cancellation, all customer data associated with the service will be deleted after 7 days, unless otherwise agreed upon. Ensure you back up your data before canceling.
